Alright, this isn't about me, but still.

Hi, I'm Brett. Long time blog-attempter, first time person with a reason to blog.

I'm 22 years old. I'm a chef. I live in Columbus, Ohio. This is absolutely everything you need to know about me right now. I'm writing this because I found something unusual today. Well, that's not entirely true, I first found something on August 18th, 2009. Nearly nine months ago. I was standing out on the front porch of my new apartment, having just moved in. There was a light rain outside and cars were zipping by, gliding through the watery street, etc etc I'm not the best table-setter.

I sat down on the front steps to listen to the raindrops, and I saw this:

Kinda weird looking, nothing special, looks a little like a pokeball, actually, but what the hell OK.

I then promptly put the thought out of my mind for about 9 months.

Two weeks ago I was walking back from the Short North with some friends when I saw a strange white symbol on the side of a wall near the corner of Long and Cleveland. I didn't think anything of it...wish I had.

Then today, I was walking down Washington Avenue on my way home from school, and bang.

Clear as day on a concrete wall near the museum of art, by the corner of Washington and Broad. All the occurrences started to mesh together in my head, and I finally thought it was a bit odd. Too tired to remember the exact location of the symbol discovered with friends, I snapped this picture and the one on my doorstep as I hurried home.

Tomorrow I'll be off work, and I'm going to take a day to adventure around town, see if I can find any more of these things, and see if anyone knows anything about them. This is too weird to not investigate a little, you know? For now, I'm out. Wish me luck tomorrow.
